Aerial Hoop - Members Only
These sessions are for our students and are not open to non-students
Service Description
Studio 3 - 6pm-7pm on Thursdays Studio 3 - 6.15pm-7.15pm on Fridays You will not be reserved a hoop, its first come first serve. These sessions are free for all our course students. It is your responsibility to Warm-up your whole body for at least 10mins before you start. We take no responsibility for any injuries caused By signing up to our open training sessions you are bound to the terms and conditions 1. You must do an adequate warm up. Please follow this link if you are unsure of how to warm yourself up 2. You must do an adequate cool down 3. You must not teach anyone 4. You must only do moves you are confident in 5. You must use a crash mat at all times 6. You accept that if you injury yourself, you do not hold Pole Attack Ltd or Pole Attack Workshop Ltd responsibility 7. Only currently enrolled adult students are allowed in open studio. 8. Participants must have completed ONE full session of the apparatus before attending Open Studio. 9. Respect the authority of the supervising instructor. The supervising instructor has the final say in all matters regarding safety and participation. 10. Open Studio is a time to practice skills that you have studied with an instructor in our classes. It is not a time to teach yourself new skills or see if you can figure out that fancy move you saw on social media. 11. Ask for help if you need it! 12. Use equipment you have been trained on. Open Studio time is for practicing skills you have learned in class. 13. Don’t teach in the space. There is absolutely no teaching of students by students. Skill sharing among level students who are enrolled in classes is allowed; teaching new skills to less experienced students is not. 14. Be courteous toward others using the space. This is meant to be a cooperative, supportive environment in which people can practice their skills. Follow our rules, have fun and be safe!
