Do you want to achieve your first handstand or improve inversions and hand balances. Our classes are designed to ensure a safe space for you to master the fundamentals of inversions, helping you move towards consistent stabilisation in your arms, wrists, and core. As you master the fundamentals, we will look at transitions, and move towards your first free handstand.
We aim to give you the tools you need to practise safely at home, gain body awareness and key conditioning tips for inversion practise.
Confidence and energy are two key elements of inversion practise, and this workshop is perfect for both those students who are nervous about attempting free standing inversions, and those who want to play around with positions and transitions. We use playful drills, flow, and gymnastics movements to spark creativity and flare, and create beautiful insta - worthy shapes.
