XPERT Pole Fitness Level 1&2 Instructor

First Aid Trained.

My love for pole fitness began at a friend’s party activity, but soon became my rock during a
challenging period. After breaking my hip in an accident, I turned to pole as a non-impact form of
exercise allowing me to keep fit and channel my energy into something positive. As Martin Luther
King, Jr. once said, “We must keep moving. If you can't fly, run; if you can't run, walk; if you can't
walk, crawl; but by all means keep moving”. Pole became my wings. Inspired by music, pole dancing
is my creative outlet for self-expression. The journey of constant learning and pushing my body to
new limits with a ceramic hip is incredibly rewarding.
As an instructor, I find joy in introducing beginners to the enchanting world of pole and witnessing
the transformative power it holds for so many. Whether itIs fostering body positivity, boosting
confidence, building strength, or nurturing friendships, pole has something special to offer everyone.
My teaching style is characterised by grace, elegance, and a love for spinny pole flows. I believe in
creating a welcoming and supportive environment where students can explore their potential and
embrace their unique journey in pole fitness.
