In 2020, I was a purple belt in BJJ @rga Bucks. I couldn't do a closed contact sport & I was bored to the bones! My oldest suggested to try a new hobby like aerial silk or something similar, so I thought I gave it a go.

I started an aerial sling course in Sept 2020 at Pole Attack. It was hard but fun the first week, then I started to enjoy doing all the beautiful moves and practising them. When I got the moves, I feel amazing and I was proud ..this is so addictive!! Plus the teachers at Pole Attack are so fun, skilled and supportive, I have never felt let down in any classes I attended.
So 4 & 1/2 years later, I saw an opportunity to grow as an aerial instructor, I know I have to work extra hard having no other experience at teaching. However, I think what makes you happy makes you work harder anyway, right?
So BOOM!... I'm qualified now. I am honoured to join the pole attack crews and I am looking forward to a new exciting role!
