ELOISE
Instructor
I started pole dancing at university in 2017. I was too nervous to go alone so bribed a friend to go with me - and I never looked back! I immediately fell in love with pole - being able to combine dance and strength training is amazing. So, I started attending classes as often as I could - and encouraging as many people as I could to give it a try! I've never met anyone who regretted taking pole dancing classes, and there's no other sport that builds your strength, stamina and confidence the way pole does. I even joined my university’s pole society exec in my final year.
I have trained consistently since starting my pole journey and joined Pole Attack as a student in 2021 and have loved every class. Then, with the support of wonderful teachers at Pole Attack, I felt confident enough to start teaching my own classes and I am now fully qualified to teach pole to advanced level!
