Lucy Caprio

From the early age of 3 I began dancing, I loved all sort of dance including: tap, ballet, modern jazz, pointe, and so many more. However during covid, I stopped dancing and had a 3-year break from it. I missed dancing and being active so much throughout that time but it was too late for me to rejoin where I left off before. That's when I found pole dancing.

I started at Pole Attack in May 2023 and have been in love ever since. The community, strength, and confidence it has brought me is immeasurable. I have particularly grown to love the exotic style of pole. My personal style focuses on a sensual style of slinky floorwork and captivating, flowy moves. My passion in life has always been dance and teaching at that, whether it was as a ballet teacher's assistant or a gymnastics coach, dancing has always found it's way to me. And now I get to share my love for pole with everyone.
