I started learning pole at university after never really having a hobby that stuck, and I quickly fell in love with the confidence, strength and joy it gave me.

After moving around the country and training at lots of different pole studios, I decided to take my passion to the next level and become an instructor. I’ve now been XPERT qualified for 3 years, and I love helping other people discover pole and fall in love with it the same way I did.

My classes focus on pretty shapes, strengthy combos and building confidence, with plenty of support, encouragement and cheering you on along the way!
