Pole flips and tumbles workshop. Ever wanted to give flips and tumbles a go on the pole, but don't quite know where to begin? Then this is the workshop is for you! Flips can be super fun, but also scary. Emily will walk you through some faux flips to start and we'll go over the fundementals of flips and how to keep yourself safe and dynamic in the moves. We will build up to some well known flips like the butterfly and hanglider, with spotting and guidance to help you feel powerful - options to get tumbley too. Expect lots of positive energy and tonnes of tips to help you flip with confidence. For intermediates and above. Courses, classes and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, the deposit is non-refundable or transferable. This includes transferring your place onto another course, class or workshop or giving your place to someone else.
