✨ Pole Technique Workshop ✨ Want to level up your pole foundations and feel stronger, cleaner, and more confident upside down? This workshop is designed for students working towards their first invert, right through to those aiming to aerial invert. We’ll focus on solid technique, strength, and control to help everything feel more achievable and less scary 🙌 What we’ll cover: ✔️ Basic invert technique & progressions ✔️ Shoulder mounts ✔️ Basic butterflies ✔️ Drills to improve control, strength, and confidence Perfect if you want to tidy up your basics, understand why things work, and build skills that will support your future pole journey. Suitable for pole students with a basic understanding of spins and climbs.Courses, classes and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, the deposit is non-refundable or transferable. This includes transferring your place onto another course, class or workshop or giving your place to someone else.
