Flying high - high inter/ advanced* Looking to take your pole skills to another level? Come and join our Xpert qualified (and flying pole obsessed) instructor Emily for a 1.5 hour flying workshop - exploring different spin entries, playing with pretty shapes and trying out Emily's signature floaty airwalk.. finishing with a gorgeous combo where you get to put everything you have learned together. This workshop will be packed with lots of tips and tricks to control the pole and your spin. We'll look at the fundamentals of flying pole, the physics behind it and how it differs from regular pole - lots of giggles to be had along the way. This workshop is aimed at high intermediates and above - attendees should be confident with climbing and inverting on a regular pole. Courses, classes and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, the deposit is non-refundable or transferable. This includes transferring your place onto another course, class or workshop or giving your place to someone else.
