*Come fly with me - beginners* Never touched a flying pole before? This workshop is for you! We will take a deep dive into the basics of flying pole with your Xpert qualified (and flying pole obsessed) instructor Emily. She'll walk you through some basic floor spins like a pivot and around the world, and you'll get to try walking on air with Emily's signature floaty airwalk - building up slowly so you can fly with confidence. We'll take a look at the physics behind flying pole and how to safely and effectively move around it and with it.. having lots of fun along the way! This workshop is aimed at those who have been to beginner pole classes before, not recommended for first-time polers. Courses, classes and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, the deposit is non-refundable or transferable. This includes transferring your place onto another course, class or workshop or giving your place to someone else.
