Pilates for Strength, Flexibility & Control 1st June - 11.00-12.00 This Pilates workshop focuses on deep core activation, mobility, and balanced strength. You’ll build body awareness, improve control, and reduce the risk of injury — all through low-impact, focused movement. While this session is open to everyone (no need to be a pole or aerialist!), the exercises are designed to support your journey if you do train in those disciplines — helping you with things like: Shoulder and hip stability Core strength for inversions and tricks Mobility for flow and transitions Whether you're an aerialist, a beginner mover, or just want to feel more connected to your body — this is for you. Courses, classes and workshops are paid in full and upfront. Once your place is secured, the deposit is non-refundable or transferable. This includes transferring your place onto another course, class or workshop or giving your place to someone else.
