HOW LONG DOES THE AERIAL HOOP AND POLE CLASSES LAST?
Pole and Aerial Hoop evening and daytime courses are 8 weeks long(unless otherwise stated and are 1hr in length.

We never book more than 2x people to each hoop. We have 5 x Hoops at our Aylesbury studios.
HOW MANY PEOPLE TO A POLE FOR POLE SILKS?
We never book more than 2x people to each pole silk. We have 5x pole silks and we only teach Pole Silks at our dedicated studio in Aylesbury.

Spins, Strength Work, Transitional Moves, Flexibility, Holds, Inverts, Tricks, Drops, Combinations and Routine Building
I HAVE NEVER BEEN ON A POLE/HOOP OR POLE SILK BEFORE, I AM NERVOUS ABOUT STARTING
Being nervous about your first class is normal. Remember everyone will be in the same position.
WHAT YOU NEED TO WEAR
Pole - Fitness/dance leggings, shorts, tank top and bare feet.
Hoop and silks - Leggings, long sleeve top or tank top, bare feet.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN UP TO THE WHOLE COURSE
YES - If you are a complete beginner as we concentrate on maximum learning for you and its essential you cover all the starter and progression moves
NO - If you already attend another pole/hoop school you can join up whenever you want.
IF I MISS A SESSION CAN I MAKE IT UP?
Yes, you can make up any lessons within your term time.(Applies to courses only)
HOW MANY POLES DO YOU USE AND HOW MANY TO A CLASS?
4x X-POLES at Berkhamsted.
6x X-POLES at the Pole Attack Dance and Fitness Studio.
AM I TOO OLD, YOUNG, HEAVY OR NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO ATTEND?
Depending on the instructor will depend on the min age we are able to teach you. In our adult group lessons, the min age is 16 years old. In group children lessons the min age is 6. In private lessons, the min age is 6 years old.
You are never too old, as long as your in good health.
You can attend a session for just £15
