I started classes at Pole Attack in 2012 and I immediately fell in love with it. Despite not having any dance or gymnastics experience, it was the only type of exercise/sport I got excited about and was actually good at! I was incredibly proud to take part in all but one of the Pole Attack competitions, placing first in the Intermediate category in 2014, joint first in the Doubles category in 2015 and first in the Elite category in 2016. 

Pole is such an important part of my life for both my physical health and for boosting my confidence as a person. I enjoy sharing my passion with others so I completed the Xpert teaching qualification in 2018 and started teaching beginner and intermediates. I'm really happy to be a cover teacher for Pole Attack in both pole fitness and exotic pole.
