As an ex Gymnast I was looking for a something more engaging than your average fitness class. Pole fitness had always appealed to me but I didn’t find the right fit until I heard about the fun, friendly and challenging classes at Pole Attack. I joined as a student in 2011, and after a break to have my second child I came back at the end of 2013 and felt more at home in class than ever. Pole helped me to regain my confidence as well as my ability, and I was totally hooked. I became a Pole Fitness instructor in 2017, and will finish personal training and hoop qualifications in 2020.
I have been teaching pole since 2016 and enjoy every moment. It’s a sport for all shapes, sizes, ages and abilities and that’s what I love about it. Seeing students progress and achieve things they never thought possible is a great perk of the job.
My passion for aerial sport has grown and I qualified to teach Aerial Sling in 2019. It’s an amazing activity for building strength and flexibility and it is brilliant fun. I continue to learn and train in both sports and will be adding to my teaching qualifications.
I am also lucky enough to run regular Routine Workshops both in pole and sling – putting moves to music is one of the best ways to exercise.
I am a big fan of yoga, first-aid trained and enjoy trying other aerial disciplines such as aerial hoop or silks. Being an Aerial Instructor at Pole Attack combines all my interests and allows me to create fun and challenging classes for groups or individuals.
Spin City certified pole instructor for beginner and intermediate levels - fully insured and first aid trained.
Pole masterclasses completed with Tiff Finney, Dan Rosen, Charlotte Robertson and Sam King.
I started at Pole Attack in 2014 as a complete pole beginner and was instantly hooked. I decided in 2017 to take my passion a step further and begin training as an instructor. I achieved my beginner certification that year and qualified at intermediate level in 2018.
I have participated in three pole competitions over the last few years and was awarded best overall routine at the Pole Attack in house competition in 2016.
I am fully embracing being able to share my passion and enthusiasm with others who want to learn the truly amazing skill that is pole dancing.
I started Pole Attack in 2015 and quickly found a love for pole.
As Pole Attack has grown I have loved trying all the new aerial additions.
I have always been interested in dancing and performing, competing in three Pole Attack competitions, my first one only 6 months after starting pole.
I am excited to start my teaching journey with my beginners Aerial Hoop course and I hope I can share my love for hoop with those new to the aerial world.
I’ve been a student at pole attack for 7 years. I started with Pole Dance Classes and soon found a love for anything aerial, but especially aerial silks. I’m looking forward to teaching, to pass on my love for anything aerial.
