Pole Attack is a unqiue way of excerising that has been created with the combintion of Aeorbics, Pole work, Floor work and Pilates to improve strength, fitness, confidence and grace without the stigma attached to pole dancing.

Pole Attack was created by Helen Walker, the director and teacher of the pole classes. She has danced from an early age in Ballet, Tap, Modern and Street with Tanya School of Dance and along the way Bluebirds cheerleading and other street dance schools. She has preformed on stage in many competitions and theatres productions with world renowned schools such s London School of Ballet.
Helen at a early age became a keen sports women, representing the county in Netball, Tennis and athletics at school, South of England in Rugby and England at Tennis for rising stars of the future at Wimbledon. Snowboard team for the National University competition and now regularly runs in competitions.
As she grew so did her interests and decided to take up pole dance classes. Helens first thoughts of opening up Pole Attack came soon after starting. She thought it was important for her to become knowledgeable in areas of fitness so is now training to be a qualified and competent, personal trainer, Pilates teacher, Exercise to Music teacher and Pole dance teacher through world renowned Vertical Dance which is the only true certification for fitness REPS.
